**What this opportunity involves**:
We’re looking for a personable, professional, and proactive Facilities Coordinator to join our team and provide Facilities Management support and coordination to all Facilities Management teams on WoAG

**Snapshot of the role**:
Coordination of facilities management as delegated by the Facilities Manager
Assist the FM with review of property inspection programs
Verification of invoicing against contracted rates
Deliver excellent customer service to meet stakeholders expectations
Ensure compliance to all OH&S, Environment and Risk Management Policies and Procedures
Follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures

Experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field preferable
Strong communicator -possesses strong verbal & written communication skills, also an active listener
Self-motivated & confident
Flexible - able to adapt to rapidly changing situations
Is a team player - able to cooperate and work well with others to meet targets
