- We are currently seeking an **Inside Sales Manager** to join our Melbourne, VIC-based team on a full-time basis.

- **The Role**:
As the Inside Sales Manager, you will be tasked with:

Driving profitable growth and overseeing our team of 5 x Account Managers (AMs) responsible for existing 2,000 accounts in the SME/Mid-Market segment.
- Leading and managing the AM team, offering guidance, coaching, and mentorship to drive sales performance and achieve targets.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to enhance customer retention, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with marketing, product development, and customer support initiatives.
- Analyzing sales metrics and market trends to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Cultivating a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and professional development within the sales team.
- Proven track record of success in sales management and leadership positions, preferably in high-activity industries like real estate or media for at least 2 years
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strategic and analytical thinker with a results-driven mindset and proficiency with numbers.
- Energetic and enthusiastic, motivated by driving growth and revenue.
- Experience in a self-sufficient startup environment.
- Proficiency in using sales management and reporting tools, particularly HubSpot.
