**A little bit about the role**
As an Assistant Store Manager at Cockburn Kathmandu, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the successful and efficient running of the store. The role is full-time and you must have availability for a mix of weekdays, some evenings and weekends. Day to day you will;
- Support the Store Manager to operate an effective and profitable store
- Assist the Store Manager to develop and foster a customer focused culture through the execution of sales, service and compliance initiatives
- Inspire and lead a diverse team of passionate individuals to reach set KPIs and sales targets.
- Create a memorable shopping experience for each and every customer

**What we are looking for**
You will have established experience in a customer focused role as either a supervisor or assistant manager preferably in a retail environment. You will have exceptional people and communication skills and have the ability to motivate and rally a team to build sales whilst supporting a culture of openness, courage and joyfulness. You will have a proven ability to lead, motivate and build sales and service through exceptional people management.

You will have demonstrated experience working to targets and KPI’s and fostering a high-performance culture and a genuine passion for our products, and what we stand for as a business.
