About the Role
The City of Cockburn is seeking an experienced Executive Support Officer to provide high-level administrative and executive support to our Director of Infrastructure Services. This role is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and well-qualified individual to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Infrastructure Services, including coordinating and prioritizing work tasks, managing calendars and appointments, and attending meetings and taking minutes.
- Manage confidential information and record-keep using ECM, as well as support office and minor events, office resourcing, project assistance, and process expenditure for the Director.
- Be the first point of contact for all persons wishing to contact the Director and use discretion in redirecting queries to the appropriate Officer.
Requirements
- Experience in an Executive Assistant role to a Senior Executive, with a strong understanding of meeting procedures and preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Discretion, judgement, and confidentiality with highly developed communication skills.
- A strong ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of organizational and time management skills.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary range of $82,049 - $87,516 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
- Full-time, 76 hours per fortnight with flexible working arrangements available.
