About the Position
The City of Cockburn is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Property Services Team as a Senior Property Officer. This is a fixed-term contract position that will play a critical role in the management of the Naval Base Shacks leases and onsite amenities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage lease documentation and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
- Monitor and administer the City's operational and capital works program activities at the Reserve
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the management of the Naval Base Shacks
- Provide exceptional customer service to Shack owners and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with other teams to achieve business objectives
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a background in property management, facility management, or a related field. You will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as a high level of attention to detail.
Requirements
