**We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Risk and Safety Systems Coordinator** **to join our Rail and Transit Systems team based in Melbourne.**

We are a leading provider of rollingstock asset management services in Australia, with expertise in delivering whole of life asset management support to our customers. Our capability spans all sectors, from rollingstock to infrastructure, and every project phase, from design and manufacture to through-life-support, fleet maintenance, operations and comprehensive overhaul of assets.

The Rail & Transit Systems business provides a range of end to end, innovative transport solutions including:

- Rolling Stock Design & Manufacture
- Rolling Stock System Integration
- Fleet Through Life Support Services
- Public Transport Operations

This is an opportunity for you to work on iconic rolling stock projects across Australia with a high performing team.

**Ideally, you will have the following skills and experience**:

- Diploma or higher qualification in Risk Management, Health & Safety, Engineering
- Lead ICAM Investigator qualification preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to work collaboratively and consultatively across varied internal stakeholders
- Proactively monitor performance, raise any concerns and ensure issues are promptly addressed
- Highly developed work organisation and project management skills with the capacity to manage competing priorities to respond effectively to emerging needs of the business
- High level conceptual and analytical skills, and the capacity to develop solutions in a complex environment
- Are able to travel on a regular basis
