Smart Healthcare Pty Ltd, an Australian-owned private company trading under the names iRest Australia, iRest Auckland, and Smart Beauty Life, seeks a highly organized and dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager. This role is pivotal in enhancing our company's presence in the market by efficiently advertising and selling our products, thereby creating a competitive edge in the healthcare product industry.

As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing sales plans, creating compelling advertisements, and developing effective marketing and pricing strategies. The role also involves leading the marketing and sales human resources towards achieving these goals. Key to this position is the ability to keenly observe market trends, analyze competitor strategies, and maintain a pulse on industry dynamics to elevate the company’s brand and product awareness.

**Key Responsibilities**:
The sales and marketing manager manages the Sales and Marketing department by directing and supervising in the following areas;
**Business Development**:

- Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs.
- Analysis of competitor activities and industry trends
- Identification of potential new markets
- New products/service development
- Marketing campaign design/management/implementation

**Directing the strategic Planning and Marketing Research Activities including**:

- Planning of marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
- Setting the sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; and initiating corrective actions.
- Identification of marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
- Determining annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analysing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.
- Improving product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development.

**Client Relationship**:

- Sustaining rapport with key B2B accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; and anticipating new opportunities.
- Procurement of new B2B clients

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- A bachelor's degree or higher qualification in a relevant field.
- At least five years of relevant experience, which may substitute for formal qualifications.
- Additional experience and/or on-the-job training may be required.

**Skills Required**:

- Expertise in developing and implementing sales strategies and setting sales targets.
- Proficiency in promoting goods and services to maximize reach and customer loyalty.
- Skilled in creating and reinforcing brand image or loyalty.
- Ability to manage the organization's public image and reputation effectively.
- Capability to plan, organize, direct, control, and coordinate comprehensive sales and marketing activities.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
