**About us**

The Agency for Clinical Innovation (ACI) leads innovation in clinical care across NSW. We do this by bringing clinicians, patients and healthcare managers together to design and implement new ways to deliver healthcare.

**What you will be doing**

This role is responsible for implementing the Workforce Wellbeing Report and Recommendations to support a consistent and coordinated approach to workforce wellbeing at ACI and in line with those being adopted across the state. This role will also be responsible for developing and implementing staff experience programs to enhance attraction, recruitment and retention of a capable workforce. The role works closely with our People and Culture team to ensure our workforce has the capacity and capability to deliver quality and safe care to the population of NSW, now and into the future.

**Selection Criteria / Questions**
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, Healthcare, Business, Leadership or Change Management, or other related discipline would be advantageous.
- Previous experience designing, facilitating, and implementing strategies relating to staff experience, engagement, and wellbeing across the employee lifecycle.
- Demonstrated ability to utilise multiple data sources to analyse, and develop evidence-based recommendations.
- Persuasive communication skills to provide clear and concise advice to multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to project management, and work under pressure with multiple stakeholders and demanding timelines.

This position is a temporary position and requires **full working rights in Australia** (e.g. Australian citizenship/ permanent resident). **COVID-19 Vaccination Compliancy**

All NSW Health workers are required to have completed a primary course of a COVID-19 vaccine which has been approved or recognised by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA). Additionally, Category A workers are required to receive a booster dose three months after completing the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations. New applicants must have completed the vaccination course prior to commencement with NSW Health, or provide an approved medical contraindication certificate (IM011 immunisation medical exemption form) certifying the worker cannot have any approved COVID-19 vaccines available in NSW.

Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations.
