**About the role**
Position: Part-Time Administrative Assistant
Location: Laverton North (Opportunity for work from home)
Working Hours: 2-3 days a week
**Responsibilities**:
- Efficiently manage and maintain schedules for our clinicians ensuring optimal use of their time and resources.
- Book appointments for clients and assist in coordinating their care plans effectively.
- Undertake general administrative duties to support the smooth functioning of our office and healthcare services.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Familiarity with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and homecare services is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software such as Microsoft Office and Outlook desirable.
- A positive and compassionate attitude toward healthcare and helping others.
