**You'll be responsible for**
- Managing a national based portfolio of motor claims.
- Portfolio/case management and handling inbound/outbound calls, while adapting to a one touch approach to drive claims momentum through to closure.
- Managing the operational processing of motor claims and ensuring all parties are informed throughout the process.
- Maintaining positive working relationships with external and internal stakeholders via managing expectations and aiming to provide best possible outcomes for your customers.
- Understanding and adhering to all relevant policies and procedures to mitigate risks and compliance issues.

**About you**
- High level of customer service experience, ideally within a claims environment.
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service or contact-centre role.
- Insurance knowledge/background would be highly desirable.
- Experience showcasing resilience and empathy in dealing with complex situations and clients under distress.
- Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity, impact and influence.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A team player attitude, with a focus on supporting and respecting others
