**You’ll be responsible for**
- End to end management of domestic motor / property claims in accordance with the General Insurance Code of Practice.
- Providing timely and effective responses to customer enquiries,
- Developing customer relationships to understand customer's requirements, and deliver a positive, trusted customer experience.
- Delivering consistent and appropriate high level of customer service at all touch points.
- Achieving individual KPI's and targets
**About you**
- Experience within insurance or claims management would be desirable
- High attention to detail by completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy
- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands
- Proactive approaches to problem solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
