The National Sales Division is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all national vehicle sales, fleet, integrated planning, and logistics activities to achieve vehicle sales volume, market share, and profitability objectives.

The Fleet_ Sales Coordinator_ is responsible for coordinating fleet vehicle, parts, and accessory sales from order to delivery for National Fleet Customers, supporting sales plans, and assisting in achieving sales volume and market share targets.

What you'll contribute to
- Acts as a key contact for stakeholders for Fleet Sales concerning stock control and allocation, ordering (securing vehicles via a forward order process for National Customers), invoicing and delivery of all Fleet vehicles as per customer requirements to achieve customer satisfaction and sales targets.
- Coordinate forums/meetings, including customer and supplier meetings, team and Dealer meetings and reviews, to achieve desired outcomes through strong guest relationships and teamwork.
- Prepares and monitors monthly stock movement reports and supply forecasts and sets targets and project schedules to provide accurate and timely information for planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Monitors and analyses fleet activities/projects, influences sales performance against targets, and recommends countermeasures/project initiatives where required to ensure that agreed objectives can be achieved, utilizing formal escalation and review processes.
- Gathers, summarises, and analyses information (sales plans) to facilitate thorough investigations and the preparation of reports and presentations. This is done to support informed decision-making by key project stakeholders. A comprehensive understanding of fleet sales and specific details, including timeframes, financials, and outcomes will be required.
- Monitors and supports the Employee Family Vehicle Purchase inbox, including vehicle ordering and managing customer, employee, and dealer inquiries to ensure all requirements are met.

Your attributes
- Degree qualification in Sales and Marketing, IT, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5+ years’ accumulative experience.
- Ability to manage stakeholders and achieve outcomes in a complex environment
- Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and suppliers.
- SAP knowledge desirable Experience with Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills
