We are proudly partnering with a growing NDIS service provider who are looking for a Practice / Clinic Administrator to join their team in Bundoora. The service is family owned so you get the best of both worlds - the experience of a progressive and innovative service, with a close knit team feel.

Are you someone who genuinely loves being involved in different parts of a business? Here's your opportunity to shine

Your day to day will be filled with a variety of tasks including:

- First and foremost - creating exceptional customer experiences
- Front desk / reception
- Helping clients who are visiting the clinic
- Office duties (diary management, tidying up, helping with equipment etc)

As your experience grows, you will have the opportunity to further develop your skills too, as there are lots of moving pieces in a NDIS clinic that you can be involved in

We would love to hear from you if you:

- Have previous reception experience (preferably in health services environment - but more important is your passion for working in the health sector)
- Can demonstrate a strong interest in working in an environment that supports clients with disabilities
- Are very well organised, with great all-round office experience
- Have impeccable communication skills and great interpersonal skills - let your personality shine
- Can demonstrate you're someone looking for a long term opportunity

Starting salary is $60k + super, but negotiable if you have worked for a NDIS (or similar) practice previously. You can expect a great career trajectory with this company.
