Their mission is to provide personalised heating solutions and exceptional customer experiences to backyard swimming pool owners throughout Australia.

The Role:

As the Sales & Construction admin support you will be responsible for:
Answering phones and taking messages; ensuring they are attended to.
All round office support.
Management of sales & construction administration.
Entering leads into CRM.
Entering quotations into the CRM.
Sales analysis reporting and ensuring leads are handled by the sales team.

Customer service; complaints, resolution and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

About You:

Proven experience in customer service or internal sales.
If you have experience in sales, then you could move into more of an internal sales role.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and multi-tasking ability.

Good verbal communication and writing skills clear and concise.
A natural problem solver and ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
Ability to work with minimum supervision, meet deadlines and work well under pressure, especially during peak season. A good prior work record of attendance, reliability, and punctuality is a must.
Ability to handle high-volume inbound calls and online enquiries.
A positive can-do attitude.
NetSuite experience added bonus
