Office Administrator

RecruitmentBuro is currently seeking a highly motivated Office Administrator / Construction Co-ordinator to join our client, a well-established Australian-owned company operating primarily in the swimming pool heating market.
Our client is going through rapid growth and requires hands-on experienced staff that can take a task through to the end and can think beyond a process.
The Role:
Responsibilities:
- Handle data entries into the sales system
- Enter service jobs into the CRM system
- Provide service and sales administration support
- Answer phones and set appointments
- Offer basic service troubleshooting support as you get experienced
- Liaise with Accounts and provide support for receiving payments etc.
- Some accounts work during downtime
- Handle other adhoc duties assigned by management, such as filing
Requirements:
- Outgoing, confident and highly motivated
- 2 to 3 years of similar experience
- Natural leadership skills with the ability to solve problems
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and multitasking ability
- Excellent verbal communication and written skills, clear and concise
- A natural problem solver with the ability to work in a dynamic fastpaced environment
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and well under pressure, especially during peak seasons
- Ability to follow procedures and assist with making others follow suit
- Team player with a cando attitude
- Good record of attendance, reliability, and punctuality
- Experience in pool heating or construction industry a bonus
- NetSuite experience would be an added bonus
