We are looking for a professional who can facilitate continuous improvement and champion and share the story of CX outcomes across our organisation. Use your skills to coordinate qualitative research, develop insights, identify opportunities and develop processes to improve CX including bringing a CX centric view to our communications, CRM configuration, website and other key consumer touch points.

You will be an excellent communicator, a self starter, dedicated to the implementation of programs to drive change. You will advocate for the consumer needs, wants and values and identify gaps in delivering excellent consumer service performance, and solutions for improvement.

This truly rewarding opportunity is a new addition to our high performing Marketing & Fundraising team. It is **a 24 month** **Fixed Term**, **Part Time role (0.8 FTE) **reporting to the Manager, Marketing & Engagement.

**Desired Skills and Experience**:
**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in customer experience or a related field
- Relevant tertiary qualification/s (customer experience, marketing, branding, communications or related field)
- Extensive experience in leading improvements to customer service, customer experience and employee experience across all the key touch points within an organisation
- A strong track record of improving customer experience
- Ability to measure and evaluate the customer experience, drawing actionable insights and facilitating continuous improvement
- Ability to confidently operate within a digital communications environment, with a solid technical understanding of audience targeting, segmentation and differentiation
- Demonstrated use of systems and processes in order to effectively and successfully manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and to a high standard
- High level of interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
- An ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously
- Current Victorian Driver’s License
- Willingness to undertake a Police Check and Working with Children Check
- Willingness to undertake relevant pre-employment screening and checks
