We are seeking a dedicated Project Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis, with the potential to transition into a full-time role.

**About the Role**:
Our Project Administrator works as a team with our Company Director and Site Manager to assist with the co-ordination and delivery of our building projects. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
Liasing with contractors, suppliers, supervisors, local council and tradespeople as required.

Compiling and reviewing building contracts and other documentation as required

Assisting with budget and cashflow forecasting

Managing accounts including invoicing of clients and suppliers

Ordering materials

Setting up site OH&S requirements

Working closely with Construction and Project Managers to assist on ad hoc duties as required.

Managing Our Client Relationship Manager (CRM) software

Maintaining Company activity on social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram.

Team event planning

Contributing to the development and implementation of Policy and Procedures

Other Ad-Hoc administrative tasks as required

**About you**:
We offer ongoing training and professional development to ensure your success in this role. The following attributes and skills will be highly desirable:
You have relevant experience in a construction or building administration-based role (highly desirable, but not essential)

You are energetic, motivated and have a great attention to detail.

You are a great communicator with excellent customer service skills.

You are familiar with Google Gsuite apps including Google drive

You are familiar with Xero, Buildxact, Calendly and Pipedrive, One Login
- (desirable, but not essential)

You have a can-do attitude and great time management skills and can work towards project deadlines.

You have a current Police Check and Drivers Licence

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
