In line with Windermere’s 2021 - 2023 Strategic Plan ‘Doing It Better Together’, the position of **Group Program Facilitator** has been developed to ensure we continue to create stronger, more connected and supported communities.
**About the role**:
Supporting parents and families is a fundamental part of what we do at Windermere.** **Our Family Health & Wellbeing services aim to assist families experiencing a range of concerns affecting the safety, growth and development of their children and the family as a whole**. **As our **Group Program Facilitator **you will work closely with key members of the Family Health & Wellbeing leadership team to develop, coordinate, lead and facilitate various group activities within our Integrated Family Services (IFS), Counselling and TRAK Forward programs. You will utilise your extensive group facilitation experience to engage with individuals and families while providing education, support and opportunities to build significant support networks, while also linking them to other relevant services within the community.
Recognised as a family friendly and flexible workplace environment, this is a permanent part-time position working 30.4 hours per week and offers a a hybrid model of working remotely and within one of our offices based in the South East of Victoria (Narre Warren or Pakenham).
**Desired Skills and Experience**:
**About You**
You will hold Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology or Counselling with demonstrated experience in group facilitation. Furthermore you will have specialist knowledge and relevant experience in family violence and the MARAM framework, parenting support services and strengths based intervention support. Your enthusiasm, passion and solid understanding of the principles of group facilitation will be key to your success.
