**Now, let’s talk about this exciting opportunity**

The **Welcoming & Inclusion Project Lead, **for the next twelve months (until June 2024)**, **will be responsible for leading the continued implementation of _Windermere’s Welcoming and Inclusion (W&I) Strategy and Action Plan, _focusing on improving culturally safe service delivery and workplace environments for four priority groups (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander, CALD, LGBTIQ+ and people living with Disability). Our W&I Strategy details the actions required to improve the inclusiveness of leadership and governance, workplace culture and service provision. You will be providing specialist diversity and inclusion advice and support to the Board, CEO, senior leaders and staff tasked with achieving specific actions in the Welcoming and Inclusion Strategy.

This is a fixed term role, **F**ull time or Part Time
- (Minimum 0.8 FTE) **and a truly rewarding opportunity for someone with a professional background in workplace diversity and inclusion, a strong track record in project management and stakeholder engagement across the priority groups, to contribute to the development of strategic initiatives, action plans and objectives, as well as positively influence outcomes in equity and inclusion for our consumers and staff.

- Hold relevant tertiary qualifications and experience / expertise in diversity and inclusion, particularly working with and supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander, CALD, LGBTIQ+ people and those living with Disability.
- Demonstrated engagement skills - building the profile, knowledge, and culture of diversity and inclusion across Windermere to deliver specific, tangible results.
- Proven track record and ability to maintain productive working relationships with internal and external sector stakeholders.
