With more than 25 depots across Australia, we are ideally positioned to provide exceptional vehicle transport services to both individuals and OEM customers.

At PrixCar we have a dedicated and experienced Priority Transport Team, who co-ordinate, plan and manage transport movements for all special events and time critical movements.

If that's the case, we're looking for a highly motivated and organised individual interested in a career in the Automotive Supply Chain. Someone who prioritises the needs of our clients and ensures that they receive prompt, efficient, dependable, courteous service that meets or exceeds their expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and sustain outstanding customer service relationships and a reputation within the assigned customer portfolio.
- Prepare transport quotes for individual vehicle movements, extended roadshows, or specialised requirements for customers.
- Assist with timely and effective follow-up and responses to internal and external customer inquiries and issues, as needed
- Data accuracy and strong attention to detail is imperative to being successful
- Record positive customer feedback, record and follow-up negative customer feedback and escalate where appropriate
- Prepare and communicate transport quotation as per customer requirements
- Effectively liaise with and build relationships with operational staff as necessary for the transport booking process
- Maintain highest standard of record keeping

**Experience we are looking for**:

- Strong organisation skills
- Strong keyboard skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Prior experience in Administration and Customer Service
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong work ethic
- Flexible - ability to multi-task and adapt to changing work requirements
- Enthusiastic team player with a can-do attitude
- Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills
