**About the Role**

As the Trade Marketing & Partnerships Manager at a leading Australian luxury retailer, you will play a vital role in driving sales and building brand awareness for their portfolio of premium products. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic trade marketing and partnership initiatives, working closely with their internal teams, retail partners, and external agencies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic trade marketing and partnership plans to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Manage and execute trade marketing campaigns, including events, promotions, and activations.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key retail partners and industry influencers.
- Develop and manage partnerships with strategic brands and organisations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and merchandising.
- Manage a team of trade marketing and partnerships specialists.
- Track and measure the success of trade marketing and partnerships initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or a relevant discipline.
- 5+ years minimum experience in trade marketing or partnerships.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful trade marketing and partnerships campaigns.
- Strong understanding of the luxury retail market.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.

**Salary**:
$140K - $170K plus super, depending on experience.
