We currently have an opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join the team in our Chief Operating Officer Department. As a Customer Service Officer, you will promote the image of an effective and efficient Council to the community through the provision of quality Customer Service.
- Permanent part time, 21hours per week
- Annual salary from $ $677.46 to $814.80 per hour (salary is dependent on qualifications, skills and experience)
- Plus 10.5% superannuation

**What you'll need to be successful in the role...**
- Experience working in a customer service environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills including the ability to negotiate and deal effectively with customers in difficult situations.
- Experience in an administration role, including proficiency in MS Office, databases and spreadsheets.
- High level organisational skills.
- Understanding of the functions and services provided by Local Government.
- Knowledge of Kiama Local Government area.
