WorkSafe Victoria is seeking a skilled Change Analyst to join our Strategic Delivery team. As a Change Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing, applying, and monitoring change processes within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to the delivery of change projects across the business, monitoring and assessing their impact
- Develop and implement effective change plans, collaborating with stakeholders and business units
- Prepare regular status updates and reports on planned change activities
- Participate in Enterprise Change Management Practice capability uplift initiatives
- Liaise with key change stakeholders, informing them of change strategies and planning
You will be an experienced Change Analyst with excellent verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities. You will also possess:
- Experience within a large and complex organization
- High attention to detail
- Experience managing internal stakeholders to a high standard
- Experience managing competing priorities and reaching deadlines
- Tertiary qualification or experience in a relevant field is preferred
