**The Role**

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
- You’ll be the face of Megaport/ brand ambassador in our Brisbane office 5 days per week.
- Respond to guest and employee enquiries.
- Be the point of contact for external stakeholders, facilitating the smooth running of the office, to ensure a fully functional workspace.
- Scheduling; handle room requests for client or internal meetings/interviews and calls.
- Ensure front reception, meeting rooms and kitchen areas are clean and organised.
- Assist with kitchen restocking.
- Manage stationery, office supplies and marketing merchandise; responsible for re-ordering and completing regular stock takes.
- Event Management; organise and manage end to end function of social events for office activities (e.g. Monthly Birthdays, BBQs, end of year functions etc.) and assist with promoting and driving company culture and engagement.
- Run new employee general office inductions and maintain OH&S administration for office compliance.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders to facilitate our global onboarding program.
- Assist stakeholders across the business with various admin tasks - filing, onboarding new starters, raising purchase orders, receipting invoices, arranging event calendars, printing, etc.
- Assist to manage and track office support budget.
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support to Megaport’s executives.
- Assist with the travel arrangements for the leadership team from time to time.
- Monitor WHS risks and alert relevant stakeholders.
**What We Are Looking For**:
- Great organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced, always evolving space.
- Proficiency in technology, systems and computer skills with ability to learn quickly. Mac, D365 and Google Suite experience are a plus.
- Strong customer service skills, proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to solving problems and establishing creative ideas.
- Ability to work both independently, and as a part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to provide efficient administration support.
- Requires an ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 10 kilograms.
- Occasional evening work when needed (i.e. office events).
