An exciting opportunity currently exists to join our Business Banking enablement team in Sydney to support our industry research and content development projects.

As part of a recently formed sales enablement team, you will connect industry knowledge with data points and tools, enabling confidence, consistency and clarity, supporting growth at scale.

Key role responsibilities include:

- Collecting and collating information, both internally and externally sourced, that support our industry specialisation and focus
- Coordinating and supporting the delivery of industry and business research to define and inform our point of view, managing research, data and analytics, and report writing teams
- Delivering assets that promote business drivers, bringing insights to life in ways that drive value in our clients’ businesses
- Ensuring that sales content has currency, reliability, regularity, and repeatability.

To be successful in this position, you may have prior experience in marketing, research, or sales enablement roles, with project management skills. Ideally, you’ll have an understanding of banking or financial services, or B2B sales environment. In addition, you will thrive on building relationships, and will demonstrate effectiveness in your planning, be innovative, and relish working in a diverse and fast paced environment.
