**ABOUT US**

**THE JOB**

We are currently looking for a Sales Enablement Manager who will play an important role to uplift our commercial function across ANZ and UK.

**REMIT**

You will play a pivotal role in empowering the sales team with the tools, resources, and knowledge necessary to drive revenue growth and meet organisational objectives. This position sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, and customer operations, ensuring seamless alignment and optimisation of our processes to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales force.

***Content Development and Management**:

- Create and curate sales collateral, presentations, and training materials tailored to various stages of the sales cycle.
- Maintain a centralised repository of sales assets for easy access and use by the sales team.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure content relevance and alignment with messaging strategies

**Sales Training and Onboarding**:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive sales training programs to onboard new hires and upskill existing team members.
- Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge
- Conduct in depth training on sales techniques, objection handling
- Conduct competitor market analysis and in turn training on competitive positioning
- Manage external training for the sales function across ANZ/UK.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback mechanisms and adjust programs accordingly.

**Competitor Intelligence**
- Work with Product Marketing to develop battlecards for competitors
- Ensure battlecards are an intrinsic part of the sales training curriculum

Sales Process Optimization:

- Analyse the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with commercial leadership especially the COO to streamline processes, implement best practices, and optimise workflows.
- Leverage sales technology platforms to automate manual tasks, enhance pipeline visibility, and improve forecasting accuracy.

**Performance Tracking and Analytics**:

- Work with sales leadership on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team and establish reporting mechanisms to track progress.
- Provide actionable insights through data analysis to drive informed decision-making and resource allocation.
- Continuously monitor sales performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of concern.
- Leverage P&C to help with accountability of role remit, learning and KPI outcomes.
- Work in partnership with P&C to embed training/learning goals.
- Familiarity with Sales CRM's, HubSpot and Confluence a plus.
- Expectation to travel in line with requirements of in person training components.

***Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and customer success.
- Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate communication, alignment, and knowledge sharing.
- Solicit feedback from our sales teams and other commercial leaders, to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Proven experience in sales leadership & operations with a focus on enablement, or a relevant sales related role within the software industry; (minimum 5 years in a similar sales leadership role)
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, CRM systems and sales enablement tools. Experience implementing external methodologies (eg: SPIN, Sandler, Challenger, MEDDICC) would be favourable.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from sales data and metrics.
- Self-motivated with a passion for driving sales excellence and delivering measurable results.
- Nice to have: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
