**Job Description**:
Rockwell Automation is hiring

We are currently seeking a highly skilled **Marketing Specialist** to join Rockwell Automation in the South Pacific Region (namely Australia and New Zealand). You will play a pivotal part in shaping our marketing strategies, with a primary focus on events, operations, programs, and digital marketing.

Collaboration is vital in our marketing ecosystem, and you will have the opportunity to closely work with various teams, such as our operations team, industry marketing, and other teams based in the APAC region. Your ability to seamlessly integrate and collaborate with these stakeholders will be crucial to your success in this role.

**Responsibilities**

**Event Management**:

- Take responsibility for planning, organising, and executing events, webinars, corporate initiatives, channel programs, and trade shows within the allocated budget, in line with the South Pacific Region (SPR) and AP (Asia Pacific) strategy.
- This includes our large scale, annual ROKLive event for 500+ customers and several owned 100+ customer events throughout the year

**Marketing Programs, Campaigns & Product Launch**:

- Deliver annual marketing programs and campaigns aimed at increasing the visibility of Rockwell in the South Pacific (Australia and New Zealand) and raising revenues from key target markets.
- Work closely with Asia Pacific colleagues to roll out global and regional campaigns.
- Report on lead generation from marketing events and campaigns for lead upload.

**Liaison with Suppliers**:

- Source suppliers (e.g., translation house, venues, printer, merchandise supplier).
- Develop and/or proof supplier job briefs using supplied templates.

**Social Media and Direct Marketing**:

- Create and manage social media posts for our channels, including LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Update content such as news stories and article links on social media sites to promote thought leadership, solutions, services, etc.
- Create our customer eNewsletter that runs every second month.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- ~5 years’ experience
- Solid event management experience at a multinational corporation or events management agency with a willingness to take on other aspects of marketing (operations, social media, direct marketing etc.).

**Skills and Attributes**:

- Excellent communication skills (listening, verbal, and written) and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to influence, collaborate, and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Independent, creative, and resourceful, with the ability to work under mínimal supervision in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to effectively problem-solve to ensure quality standards and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
- Ability to perform under pressure.
- Exceptional written communication skills.
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to work outside standard hours when required and occasional travel.
- Strong interpersonal skills and evidence of reliability。
