**(HEO4) $69,043 - $75,677 per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies.**

**Continuing position available immediately**

Customer service experience and strong attention to detail is essential for this role along with the ability to learn new systems and adapt quickly to a high demanding environment.

**To be successful you will need**:

- Demonstrated experience and commitment in delivering customer-centric service
- Ability to learn new systems and adopt to new technologies
- Experience in a high volume omni-channel service structure
- Experience in high pressure, high demand environments
- Strong attention to detail and excellent writing skills

This position requires a valid Working with Children Check.
