Working in the Future Students Branch, the Future Student Communications Officer will be responsible for the execution and delivery of communications to prospective students.

**To be successful you will need**:

- Experience in the execution of communications specific to different audiences using appropriate channels.
- Experience in using marketing automation software, with Oracle Eloqua specifically an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to utilise customer data to deliver tailored and optimised communications.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, including effective communication of ideas, plans and best practices, to broad stakeholder groups.
- Sound analytical skills, and the ability to report on operational performance.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve a specific outcome.
- Demonstrated ability to promote the organisational values of integrity, respect, collegiality, excellence and discovery, and a commitment to positively comply with the associated behaviour expectations.
