**Due to a internal promotion, we are seeking an enthusiastic Future Student Advisor with a passion for teamwork and outstanding service delivery.**

**To be successful you will need**:

- Demonstrated experience and commitment in delivering customer-centric service.
- Ability to learn new systems and adopt to new technologies.
- Experience in a high volume omni-channel service structure.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent writing skills.
- Working knowledge of relevant University systems, including CRM, would be desirable.
- This position requires a valid Working with Children Check._
