As a Team Leader, you'll be at the forefront of fostering a high-performing culture within our engaging and diverse team.

Delivering exceptional service across multiple channels, you'll ensure that every interaction leaves a lasting impression.

With a focus on continuous improvement, you'll analyse data and utilize insights to enhance our enquiry service, adapting to meet evolving student needs.

Guiding a team of Future Student Advisors, you'll provide training, feedback, and support, empowering them to deliver outstanding results.

To be successful you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience managing a high-volume multi-channel service team.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver defined customer service standards, outcomes and performance through monitoring and reporting, staff coaching and process improvement.
  • Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills within a team environment, and the ability to motivate staff or a team to high performance.
  • Proven ability to utilise analytics and reporting to inform team direction, strategy and decision making.
