**About the Role**:
The Corporate Solutions team is looking for an experienced International Program Operations Manager, supporting the APAC region based in Sydney.

You will be accountable for overall delivery of operations services to International Program customers, for both the business portfolio produced by Corporate Solutions in APAC as well as the incoming business produced overseas and referred to the region for local servicing. These services span along the entire value chain in Underwriting, Technical Accounting and Claims, but also include technical capability building and upskilling of colleagues.

You will have a pivotal responsibility for ensuring the International Program (IP) proposition is conveyed and understood and supporting the delivery of IP services in alignment with the global operating model and guidelines. You engage with multiple business stakeholders and assist them in addressing internal and external customer queries, concerns, and feedback.

**About the Team**:
In this role you will report into the Chief Operating Officer APAC, collaborate closely with the Head of International Operations, the International Program Lead for APAC, provide leadership and guidance to Operations colleagues in the business units, and interact with specialists at International Program Management and IP Services Hub in the APAC region.

**About You**:

- At least 10 years of experience in international business in a similar position in corporate insurance or within an insurance broking organisation;
- Proven track record in end-to-end operations management. Ideally supplemented with knowledge in business services, underwriting and claims processing;
- Experienced advocate with track record in implementing change;
- Passionate about people upskilling;
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, a proven ability to influence people and gain buy-in to new ideas;
- Strong service and customer-oriented mindset; and
- Able to handle multiple priorities, work independently, think laterally, and deliver high-quality products under pressure.
