Job Title: Sales Development Representative (Enterprise)

Position Type: Full-Time

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and qualify leads through proactive outreach and research.
- Engage with key decision-makers in enterprise-level organisations to understand their needs and pain points.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate and nurture opportunities for our suite of training programs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the needs of enterprise clients.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects through strategic networking and relationship-building.
- Provide timely and accurate information to potential clients, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Meet and/or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Skills and Experience Required:

- Bachelor’s degree or education in an equivalent field
- 1-3 minimum years of employment highly relevant occupation
- Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, particularly in enterprise-level environments.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Background in SaaS, e-learning and education is preferred.

**Salary**:
The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience. The base salary for this role is $70,000 + (Commission and Super).
