An exciting opportunity currently exists for an enthusiastic and highly experienced **Learning Technology Designer **to join our Clinical Education Unit within the Learning Technology Team.

**Clinical Education Unit**

The Clinical Education Unit (CEU) is fundamental to achieving this vision, using the philosophy of interprofessional learning as the foundation for the provision of high quality care. **About the role**:
The Learning Technology Designer reports to the Director Clinical Education Unit and sits within the Learning Technology team. This position is responsible for leading the delivery and ongoing development of learning technologies and other eLearning strategies and technologies across Austin Health.

**To be successful in the role you must demonstrate**:

- Proven skills and experience in instructional and assessment design and the development of learning experiences and resources
- Experience with learning technologies (LMS, SCORM, Content Management, webinars etc), development and editing of learning videos and other educational materials
- Demonstrated project management skills in coordinating multiple stakeholders, meeting timeframes and delivering outcomes
- Ability to think innovatively in regard to emerging technologies that can be leveraged for teaching and learning within a health context
- Knowledge of digital learning principles, including current and future trends in digital learning technologies
- A demonstrated curiosity and aptitude for attention to detail, innovative thinking and trouble shooting
- Highly developed communication, organisational and interpersonal skills including the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team to facilitate best practice
- Ability to write user documentation and ability to organise and conduct system performance testing
- Experience using the Articulate suite of development software
