HR Business Partner for Culture-Driven Organizations

We're looking for a highly motivated Inbound Sales Development Representative to join our mission. As one of the members of this business-critical team, you will be the first point of contact with potential customers, qualifying inbound leads and working closely with Sales & Marketing on various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize phone, email, and social tools to convert inbound lead flow to conversations with Sales Executives
- Collaborate with local marketing leads to follow up on regional and virtual events
- Respond to inquiries on our website and provide a best-in-class first experience for potential customers
You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team, receive continuous training and coaching, and make a positive impact on the community outside of work through our Social Impact Days.
In return, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, an Employee Share Options Program, comprehensive benefits, and access to external providers for mental wellbeing and coaching support.
