**About the Role**

This is an opportunity to join a dedicated Planning & Building Records team responsible for providing records administrative support to the Statutory Planning and Building departments.

We're looking for a motivated and diligent professional who values and embeds customer service practices in their everyday work, with strong time management and administration skills.

**Duties**:

- Support the department by managing daily record retrievals, managing telephone enquiries and other records related administrative tasks.
- Lodgement and processing of records related request on a daily basis.
- Point of contact for internal and external service users regarding access to Planning and Building records and related enquiries.

**Skills and Experience**
- Possess superior customer service and communication skills.
- Can demonstrate intermediate to advanced computer skills.
- Have a motivated, friendly disposition with a genuine desire to work in a customer facing role.
- Love working within a challenging and fun team environment.
