**Job Description**:
Reporting into the Associate Director of Human Resources, this key role is responsible for developing and maintaining our remuneration framework and people performance metrics. You will be highly organised, an outstanding communicator, enjoy working with data, and be systems savvy and inquisitive.
In this role you will:
- Lead the annual salary review, working closely with the HRBP’s.
- Developing a salary benchmarking framework and providing benchmarking data to the business.
- Utilise and interpret data across a variety of systems to provide insightful information.
- Work closely with HR Coordinators to ensure data accuracy in our HRIS system and identify areas of improvement in the way the system is used.
- Have influence on the design and use of the HRIS system as it continues to develop as the organisation grows.
- Act as the main point of contact for all HR reporting requests and anticipate customer needs based on market and trends as well as process, policy and strategic reviews.
- Provision of people data and analysis to support decision making through regular, ad-hoc and Board reporting including completion of WGEA, People Report, monthly scorecards and project support.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelors degree qualified
- 2-5 years experience in People and Performance / Reward
- Advanced knowledge and capability of Microsoft office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused mindset, with excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly organised, an outstanding communicator, enjoy working with data, and be systems savvy and inquisitive.
