**About the Role**:
An opportunity exists to join our ANZ Human Resources team based in our Philmac business, Adelaide. This role is a key member of the Philmac Leadership team and reports into the Philmac Executive General Manager and Aliaxis APAC General Manager Human Resources.

**Requirements**:

- An experienced business partner and coach to Executive teams and business, maximizing organizational effectiveness, driving culture & engagement, be a change leader and provide SME on HR strategy & programs.
- Ability to drive organisational HR strategy aligned with business strategy, able to operate both operationally and strategically and comfortable working in a matrix environment
- Experienced with HRIS systems, ideally Workday
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with a variety of key stakeholders, and experience working with multi-location teams including Regional & Global HR teams.
