About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at Pacific National. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of HR strategies that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leaders across the organization to provide strategic HR advice and support.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives that drive business outcomes, such as talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to employees to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with other business partners to identify and address business needs and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HR business partnering, talent management, or organizational development.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
