This busy stable company with its head office in Western Sydney has a great opportunity for an experienced Collections Officer to join their team.

The role will see you looking after your own portfolio of accounts undertaking the following duties:

- Collection of deliquent accounts
- Monitor arrangements and put special conditions together
- Perform skip tracing
- Assist customers who are experiencing hardship
- Initiate repossion procedures and field calls
- Successfully provide quality resolutions
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Maintain accurate reords
- Previous experience in Collections
- A self motivated attitude, with a strong work ethic
- Strong negotiation skills
- The ability to perform under pressure
- Strong time management
- A stong eye for detail
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Natural goal orientation being focussed on achieving KPIs
