**Job description**

TDDA Penrith is looking for a professional team member with great customer service skills and available to work flexible hours on a casual basis located in Sydney's south western suburbs.

This role requires you to have flexible availability. This role would be perfect for someone with the experience of nursing or Pathology Collector, semi-retired or persons currently working casual / part time for specimen collection. TDDA provides a 24/7 service to our clients and the successful applicant will be required to be on-call when rostered to do so.

You will receive full training to become an accredited on-site specimen collector for drug and alcohol testing services. Any previous experience in this field would be advantageous however not essential. You will require a full and current clean driver's license and Police Check, as well as the ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.

**Key Skills and Attributes required for this role include**:

- Have a current Driver’s Licence and able to drive manual vehicle.
- Exceptional personal presentation and interpersonal skills, plus have strong attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills and able to work autonomously.
- Be computer literate in Microsoft word, excel, and Outlook 365.
- Be able and willing to handle biological specimens

**Key Role Responsibilities**:

- Perform onsite testing for drugs of abuse from urine or oral fluid specimens.
- Perform onsite breath testing for alcohol.
- Maintain chain of custody of samples and detailed records of all visits and samples.
- After hours on call component
- Ensure the timely transport of samples after collection.
- Supportive office-based administration processes
- Business development and onboarding of new clients
- Communicate effectively with the direct report Manager

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour
