Longship Enterprises is a diverse business specialising in earthmoving attachments & the conveyor industry, we have facilities at Regency Park & Royal Park, SA. We are currently seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/ Administration support person to join our team.
**Skills, Knowledge and Experience**
- MYOB experience preferred but not essential.
- Excell experience required.
- Undertake the end to end payroll process.
- Oversee the management of the Superannuation and Return to Work SA payments.
- Ensure compliance with Modern Awards
- Must be experienced in reconciliation, aged payables, and aged receivables.
- End of month processes
- BAS preparation
- Claiming of government incentive payments for apprentices
- Liaising with; and assisting the external accountants
- Ad hoc administrative duties as required.
**Salary**: $68,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
**Education**:
- Certificate I - IV (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
- MYOB: 1 year (preferred)
- Xero: 1 year (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (required)
Ability to Commute:
- Royal Park, SA (required)
