In this role, you will play a crucial role in reconciling, recording, and reporting on revenue. With a 12-month assignment and the potential for extension, you'll have the chance to make a lasting impact.

**About the role**:

- Monitor and maintain work flows, client registrations, and payments to ensure efficient and accurate processing of account payments and refunds.
- Reconcile core business systems with the General and Treasury Ledgers to ensure integrity in internal financial and statutory reporting.
- Provide advice and assistance to clients, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Offer financial and technical advice to support projects and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards.
- Review and analyse systems and processes, resolving issues, and contributing to the development and implementation of new initiatives.
- Provide administrative services to support team operations and maintain policies, procedures, and guidance materials.

**About you**:

- Strong reconcilliation skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Previous experience managing a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a high volume area whilst managing competing priorities
- Accounting qualifications or equivalent
- Understanding of systems testing and the project lifecycle
- Relevant experience in accounting, preferably in a commercial or public sector environment
- Proficiency in preparing accurate financial statements and report
