- We are currently seeking a dedicated **National Sales Manager** to join our team based in Melbourne, VIC.

- **The Role**:
As the **National Sales Manager**, your primary responsibilities will include:

Spearheading profitable growth and overseeing our team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) focused on SME/Mid-Market clients.
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue objectives. Leading, mentoring, and motivating sales professionals across VIC, NSW, and QLD to exceed targets.
- Training and refining the skills of SDRs based in Melbourne. Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive sales efforts.
- Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to propose enhancement strategies.
- Demonstrated success in sales management and leadership roles within a high-activity industry for over 3 years
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. A strategic thinker with analytical capabilities, results-oriented, and proficient with numbers.
- Motivated by revenue growth. Proficient in sales management and reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel interstate for multiple days, 3 out of 4 weeks.
