National Sales Manager - Residential | National Flooring Manufacturer

CompanyOur client is a national, well-respected manufacturer and supplier of high-end flooring solutions. They are known for their deliverance of Tier 1 projects in both the Commercial and Residential sectors.

A true market leader within the space that have gained large market share due to their quality of product.

This role is critical for the continued growth and development of the company's expansion plans as they continue to introduce new and innovative products to gain further market share within Australia.


RoleDue to growth, they now require a National Sales Manager to come on board and own the Residential & major Retail side of the business.

Reporting into the General Manager, you will manage your own reports as you oversee routes to market including major retailers across the country.


This opportunity is one you don't want to pass you by Join an industry powerhouse as they continue to deliver excellent results to the market.

You will take hold of the residential sales strategy as part of this long-standing industry leader.


You will manage the Residential Sales team, across each major State in Australia, as well as having a proactive management style.

You will manage all head office relationships and buyers across the country. Due to the scope of this role, there will be national travel required as part of the responsibilities.


Skills & ExperienceWe are seeking applicants who can demonstrate the following skills and experience;Strong management skills and ambitious & outgoing personalityExperience in either a National or State Management roleStrong contacts and exposure to major flooring retail chains in AustraliaMarket knowledge and understand the major players within the industryExperience within the Flooring industry is highly desired and favourableExperience within the building products industry is a MUSTProven track record in sales and overachieving targetsStable track record of employment and desire to move into a long term career role.

In return they can offer you a stable, friendly team environment to work in. The salary package is negotiable based on experience and will include a car, super, tools of trade and commissions. This role is available immediately.
