Location : Sydney Job Type : Permanent Job Salary : $105000 - $170000 per annum **Inside Sales Representative - Legal Technology** - Work in consultation with the Account Management and Direct Sales Teams - Seek out new opportunities and leads in eDiscovery Software and Services sales - Reach out to targeted customer contacts to introduce eDiscovery solutions and schedule meetings for the Direct Sales Team **ABOUT THE ROLE** Our client is a leading global business advisory firm with Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney and Perth offices. This role will sit in the Sydney office. The Inside Sales Representative ("ISR") position is an opportunity lead and meeting generation role working in concert with the account management teams and direct sales professionals. Working from Salesforce, publicly available information from customer websites, industry associations, and business intelligence services, the ISR will call targeted customer contacts to introduce our solutions, qualify interest, and schedule meetings for the Direct Sales Team. Our client's technology segment provides comprehensive eDiscovery software and services that span the full Electronic Discovery reference Model ("EDRM"). It is not expected that the ISR will close new deals over the phone but as they get more familiar with the eDiscovery software and services, it is expected that they will be able to qualify newly identified deals and to determine if the prospect's needs are in line with the client's offering. **WHAT YOU WILL DO** - Connect with 10-12 contacts to explain the client's eDiscovery solutions and generate interest for a meeting - Schedule 2 meetings per day (on average) with interested contacts - Maintain call records and activity notes in CRM database - Communicate with team members to transition call and meeting information as well as receive new account information from the team - Maintain daily contact with the Direct Sales Team to discuss accounts and prospects within those accounts **ABOUT YOU** - You will have a Bachelors Degree in a relevant field - At least one year's experience selling eDiscovery services or at least one years' experience working hands on in eDiscovery - Previous experience working in a legal field would be preferred - Ability to relate to potential customers and explain eDiscovery solutions to them in a clear and easy to understand manner - Positive and resilient attitude - Ability to understand the eDiscovery process and how different events in the life-cycle of a matter requiring eDiscovery, impact a prospect’s decision criteria **BENEFITS** Our client offers some outstanding benefits which include: - Top of the market salary and discretionary bonuses - 18 weeks's paid, gender-neutral parental leave - Flexible working arrangements - Financial support to obtain a work-related professional qualification (at our client's discretion) - Monthly heath and wellbeing programs including fitness subsidies **Hollie Hutchinson** **Ref No: BH23495** **Phone: 0408 370 799
