**Policy Support Officer (Privacy & Investigations)**

**About this role**
This is a newly created role within the Regulation and Compliance Unit. The role assists in the development and review of policies, tools and other resources and contributes to the monitoring and coordination of compliance reporting for the Ministry of Health and for the NSW Health system more broadly.

**Crown Clerk 5/6**, salary from $89,707 - $98,982 plus Super and annual leave loading

**What you'll be doing**
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Privacy and Investigations teams within the broader Unit providing timely, efficient administrative and related support services.

You’ll assist in the processing and management of privacy internal reviews and help team members in the preparation and coordination of special investigations and investigations into allegations of serious wrongdoing.

You’ll also contribute to the development, review and publication of policies, tools and resources relevant to privacy and investigations, including supporting the maintenance and review of the Ministry’s fraud and corruption prevention framework.

This role is also an enabler of effective operations across the Unit, performing key administrative tasks including records management, staff onboarding, payment of invoices, monitoring team mailboxes, performing website updates, and monitoring responses to, and approvals of, briefings and other correspondence.
