**About us**
- The Program Delivery Office in the Government Relations Branch is responsible for delivering key inter-governmental reform projects and cross-portfolio program commitments on behalf of the Ministry of Health in response to the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse and implementation of Sexual Violence Response Program and Aboriginal Program streams funded under the National Partnership Agreement on Family, Domestic and Sexual Violence Responses.

**About this role**
You'll be joining the largest public health system in Australia and contribute to a world-class health system in NSW.

This is a unique opportunity to improve outcomes for Aboriginal women, either through expanding existing programs or ensuring Aboriginal communities play an active role in the development of future policy, programs and services. In this role, you will lead evidence-based approaches to policy and health service enhancements and work towards delivering and managing projects.

This team works closely with Aboriginal communities, and we are committed to providing a culturally safe and supportive workplace with flexible working arrangements for all staff.

**Crown Clerk 11/12**, starting salary from $139,787 - $161,663 p.a. plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week.

**What you'll be doing**
Lead and manage a small team of staff to deliver key inter-governmental reform projects and cross-portfolio program commitments on behalf of the Ministry of Health. This will include the design and implementation of evidence-based policy and strategy projects to prevent and respond to violence, abuse and neglect with a particular focus on expanding and improving access to existing and future specialist domestic and family violence services for Aboriginal families and communities.

**About you**
We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with:

- A strong interest and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait islander culture.
- Significant knowledge and understanding of issues relating to the prevention of and response to violence, abuse and neglect and related matters.
- Significant experience in developing, analysing and evaluating violence, abuse and neglect policy and other projects in a multi-disciplinary environment.
- The ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- A growth mindset, and commitment to continuous learning and personal development.
- Proven high level engagement, facilitation, negotiation and communication skills.
- The ability to work in a small dynamic team environment.
