**Introduction**:
Bamara is on the lookout for an RTO Business Development Manager.

The role will be casual but could move to being part time or permanent in the future.

As the RTO Business Development Manager, you will be provided with the autonomy to drive revenue growth through the expansion of our client base through the identification of pursuing new business opportunities.

**Description**:
Duties & Responsibilities
- Generating leads through cold calling and networking with corporate agencies, prospective clients through funded programs and traineeships
- Nurture existing relationships and optimise opportunities with training and industry groups
- Keeping up with the latest industry developments, including market positioning of competitors
- Provide support towards developing new ideas, initiatives,and strategic business opportunities
- Preparing status reports on goals

**Skills and Experiences**:
**Essential Skills and Experience**:

- Previous experience in Sales/Business Development
- Previous experience working in an RTO/Vet Sector/ knowledge of how smart and skilled funding works
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Driven by targets and results
- Proven success in building network and relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willing and able to travel, full drivers licence and own vehicle
- Be able to gain a WWCC and undertake a Police check
