Our Client

A nationally renowned organisation with a strong local presence. As Australia's largest independent company in this industry, the head office is centrally located in Newcastle CBD and this role will be responsible for managing the Hunter Valley portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring their needs are met consistently.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the client portfolio and revenue streams, while also nurturing existing accounts for growth.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, aligning them with company goals, and continuously monitor and adapt your approach to ensure success.
  • Client Needs Assessment: Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client objectives and challenges, tailoring solutions that address their specific requirements.
  • Revenue Growth: Strive to meet and exceed sales targets by actively identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts, driving revenue growth.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyse sales data, track key performance metrics, and prepare regular reports to evaluate sales performance and identify areas for improvement, helping to drive informed decision-making.
